Custom orders cannot be returned due to the nature of customization. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with a resolution.
For premade stock items, we will accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition and the return shipping is paid for by the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
